As we acknowledge the fears, the stresses, and anxieties in our
body, and where they stem from we can start to open up to receive the
beauty and abundance of love that is all around us. Negative emotions
are trapped in the body, their are 300 on average within us. You might
notice a release during a chiropractic or massage appointment, or maybe
during the practice of yoga. These are just a couple of the ways.
However, their are 4 levels of emotional releasing and I work
individually with people to address these. In the meantime, acknowledge
each emotion, practice awareness, and be active with an intention of
letting go, this will support you immensely!
