This is a practice I do a couple times a week, and has been super
powerful for me. I shared the practice on Periscope last night, and
people were resonating with it, so much that I wanted to share with you!
Use this find creativity within, and then you must TRUST what you are
delivered. Trust is key here. Don’t let your ego take over. This is a
beautiful sacred practice to be honored. Can’t wait to hear your
